I cashed out $150 on merge and this is the timeline (obviously I deleted some of the personal info):

So normally I only cash out when I can cash out for the $1,000 maximum, but I needed some money to cover some bills so I only took out what I needed. This is by the far and away the fastest process I have ever had (even pre Black Friday). I mention it's only for $150 because maybe smaller payouts get run through quicker? I don't know.

Well good thing they keep updating your regarding the status of your money. Also good thing they are telling you what to do to make your money release quicker than others. But from the message above it sound like an illegal transaction (well just for me) being conducted.
