Short Ribs Home made Barbecue sauce

This is one of the best I've had, comes from my Grandma's Book.

Beef Short Ribs
Lamb Short Ribs
Pork Short Ribs (my favorite)

Boil ribs for 15 minutes. put in roaster pan w/ cover


1 Onion chopped
1/2 tsp garlic juice
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbl Vinegar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp mustard
1 Tbl Worcestershier Sauce
1 cup Ketchup

Mix on bowl and pour over the ribs

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees

Cover 1 hour 15 minutes
uncover last 15 minutes

When I make this, I normally double the recipe (but still only use 1 onion) for the sauce, as I like to put pour it over the ribs/ or dunk the meat in while eating.
